Milwaukee uses Gallardo and he can be good at times as his ERA is 3.57 in the last 3 starts. The Brewers have seen 3, 2, 7 and 5 runs in its last four games.
Hopefully, Tampa Bay doesn't rap out a lot of runs and hits vs. Gallardo and the bullpens are efficient and we see a 4-2 type of game.

Most places do have this at 162. Tulsa did let us down by losing 82-77 and staying under the 160 barrier on Friday night. Tulsa has Skylar Diggins, Odyssey Sims, Riquena Willaimas and Paris to score points and Chicago has Young, Breland, Fowles, Prince and Quigly. They are without Elena Delle Donne and have had some low scores lately. These two played a 105-99 OT game in 2014 and that was without Delle Donne.
Tulsa has 17 overs and just 7 unders this year but most overs are on the road. The Sky hav 15 overs, 5 unders, 3 pushes in their last 23 Sunday games.

Tulsa has played 10 overs and just one under on the road. The last four road games have reached 188, 175, 179 and 164 points. When these two met earlier in 2014 the score was 91-74 (165 points).
Washington has played unders in 19 of its last 26 home games but there last home game (vs. Connecticut) ended with 164 points. The Mystics have 5 players who average between 9 and 12 points and they are Latta, Meesseman, Hartley, Currie and Vaughn.
Tulsa got 39 from Odyessey Sims and 34 from Skylar Diggins in their last game and here are their averages:
Diggins 21
Johnson 14.7
Sims 14.5
Paris 10 (62% FG)

Tulsa is just 1-6 in their last 7 games and has played mostly overs on the road. Fresno State at Siena 11:30am Saturday 10* under 136.5
These two teams meet for the CBI title. It is tied 1-1 after Siena won at Fresno 61-57 (118) on Monday. They played at Siena on Wednesday and it ended 89-75 as the Bulldogs had notheing to lose and jumped ahead quickly and controlled the pace. Fresno State was 23-36 from the field and 35-43 from the FT line. There were 67 free throws shot Wednesday but only 30 on Monday.
Siena has played unders 25-8-1 in their last 34. This game is being played at their small on campus facility instead of their regular arena. That does concern me some but this game will be played at 11:30am (which is 8:30am Pacific time for the road team).
Fresno State's previous road games:
at UTEP 61-56 (117) at San Jose State 69-56 (125)
I won't be shocked by an over and since FSU is favored by one point there is a decent chance for OT but I like the under in this early game that will be for the CBI title. GL!

Yale is led by Sears at 16.8 ppg but he is questionable with an inury while Duren is PG and at 13.5 while next is Cotton at 8.5 ppg.
Murray State scorers:

Yale plays in the Ivy League and sees Columbia, Brown, Harvard, Princeton and the same eastern teams most of the time but now they get to play at VMI and their high powered offense. VMI's tourney games have seen 182, 201 and 210 points with their opponents. VMI has 3 players (Covington, Peterson and Glasgow) score in the 18-20 range and some of their low scoring games were in their conference tourney as well as an 80-50 loss at Clemson.
Yale should enjoy playing a fast paced game as they did reach 155 at Lafayette and 93-77 (170 points) in the opener with C. Conn State. Last year saw them reach 160 with Nevada and 175 with small school Albertas Morgan. They are led by Sears (17 ppg) and Duren 13.3 ppg.

There should be pressure in this Sweet 16 game as Baylor has a nice zone with players that have amazing length and Wisconsin will be patient to find the gaps and settle for long 3's from Ben Brust. Baylor has Isiah Austin to block shots inside and rebound and the Bears were able to slow down Nebraska and Creighton and held them to 16 and 20 first half points.

I am suggesting a play on the under since it is so high and will be played at Ohio. VMI is an 8 point underdog and on the road. VMI did play a game in the 130's at Clemson. VMI does play some weak teams like UNC Asheville, Radford, High Point and Liberty. The Keydets averaged 170 ppg with their opponent while the Bobcats average 137 ppg with their opponent.
Ohio did play a 164 point game with Western Michigan, 166 with Toldeo and 154 with UMass. Their last few games made it to 110, 126, 160, 118 and 140.
VMI scorers:

Radford at ODU 7pm Monday over 140
Radford averages 78 ppg and played in the Big South while ODU averaged 63 ppg in the Conference USA. Redford lost badly to bigger programs in the state of Virginia as they lost by 25 to Va Tech and lost by 12 and 13 to VMI. They lost to Hampton by 27 as well. Looking at recent Radford games they have played some high scores:
96-92 (188) Oregon State 96-87 (183) UNCA 78-73 (151) Pre 87-83 (170) Liberty 82-78 (160) Campbell
Radford had 3 players score 20+ at Oregon State and have 4 players average double figures:
Green 17 Price 13 Anderson 11.5 Davis 10.5
ODU just beat South Dakota State 72-65 and put up 48 at the half. ODU has been playing average teams like UTEP, FAU, FIU, La Tech, MTU, So Miss, Marshall, Tulane and Rice. Now they play a team they can score against and should have their attention after scoring 96 on the road against major conference team.
ODU is led by:
Bacote 15.9 ppg Batten 10.9 Palmore 10 Ross 9.5 Mosley 7
The Monarchs are 17-17 and have nothing to lose by playing a fast paced game with the Highlanders. ODU didn't play many high scoring games but has reached 72 and 73 in recent home wins.
My guess is we see a 77-68 type of score that goes over.

Both teams can score as UNC aaveraged 146 ppg with their opponent while Iowa State was at 156. Iowa State is without their third leading scorer due to an injury but still has Deandre Kane for Fred Hoiberg's squad that can score inside and inside the lane.
UNC has Marcus Paige to make 3's and Leslie McDonald can get hot but the senior made just 35% of this FG's this season. JP Tokoto is a decent defender but not much of an outside threat and Nate Britt is a playmaker who scores just 5 ppg. JM McAdoo and Brice Johnson are decent scorers inside as well. ISU will be smart to play a zone and keep an eye on Paige from 3's.

This game is to see who goes to the super bowl from the AFC. The last meeing went into OT and made it into the 60's to go over easily. So far, 6 of the playoff games have stayed under as both Indy games were the ones to go over the number.
Denver can run the ball with Lynch and Ball while New England has had solid running action from Blount and that will use up some clock as the offenses will try to control the ball and keep the other team's offense off the field.
Surely we have great QB's that will put up points but all it takes is for one offense to struggle on a few possessions and we get an under. A 30-24 game stays under the number and so does a 27-24 game.
I think we see an under on Sunday with so much at stake. The total was at 55 but now at 56 at most sportsbooks.

Kenpom as this game at 58-56 (114 points). FSU is off a high scoring home game while Miami has played some ugly games, such as the 49-44 one at Syracuse and 63-57 (120) at UNC. Their game at Va Tech went to overtime and ended with 121 scored. FSU has some 115, 126, 112, 97 points games as well as the recent high scoring one.
Miami has 120, 93, 119, 119, 121 and 109.

New Orleans has played under in their last 6 on the road. They were successful last week due to a decent running game even though Drew Brees is a great QB but he has better numbers at home than on the road. SAeattle runs 55% of the time and has the #1 defense in the NFL. I think we see a score in the low 40's and under.

Go with under the total. Both can score points but Tony Romo is out and the Cowboys should look to run and use up clock. Kyle Orton looks to start for Dallas and he has very little experience. The Cowboy's defense will need to step up vs. a decent QN Nick Foles who played well in place of Michael Vick. The Eagles defense has gotten better and I think we see a game in the 40's that stays under.

Games between AFC and NFC teams have gone over 20-3 in the last 23 meetings. The Bears can score and allow points under coach Marc Tressman. They have forced the least amount of punts in the NFL. The Bears have a second string QB who is playing better than Jay Cutler was. Cleveland has nothing to play for and can go all out on offense.
I think we see a game that makes it to 50 points even if the weather is cold and messy as we saw last week with snow being prevalent at some locations.
My guess is we see a 28-24 final and over.

Also, 11 overs/ 1 unders in the last two years when NFC East home team plays non-division team late in the season.
Washington's defense has struggled and KC started 9-0 and lost 3 in a row. Their defense gave up plenty of yards and points agianst decent teams.
The Redskins are just 3-9 SU but RG111 has gotten healthier in the last few weeks and should be able to scramble for extra yards. I think we see at least 50 points on Sunday afternoon.

UAB has a fast paced guard (Frazier) who can score 15 to 20 points and UNC has McAdoo and Marcus Paige even though they will be without Hairston and McDonald again.

The game is at UVA and they will try to dictate pace. Tony Bennett is known for defense and a slow pace. VCU is known for playing fast and trying to force teams to play up to their speed.

The Bills look to start backup (#3) Jeff Tuel as Lewis and Manuel are out but they do get CJ Spiller back. These two played a 35-17 game last year with Cassel and Fitzpatrick at QB.

USC has played some good defense after changing coaches a few weeks ago. They helped us win a nice under play last week in a 19-3 game with Utah. Their game with Notre Dame ended with 24 (14-10) points scored and an earlier game with Boston College was 35-7 (42 points). The Trojans did play one game that was close to 100 points scored.
Oregon State has a solid offense but last week's game with Stanford was 20-12 (32 points) but other games this year were in the 60, 76, 61 and 64 points range.
I won't be shocked by a high score but think we see USC slow it down and try not to get into a run and gun game with the Beavers.
