Those 'Rat-Bastard' Chiefs were scalped against the 'number' last week as they blew scoring opportunity after opportunity and had to sweat out what should have been an easy victory. Of course the question here is the condition of QB Pat Mahomes who was knocked out of the Cleveland game in mid-third quarter and the Chiefs never scored again (that's my excuse...nah too many mistakes with or without Patrick). So. Here's Buffalo with a healthy Josh Allen and having won eight straight with that loss coming on an Arizona Hail-Mary. Hey, I didn't realized they had even met 10 times but the road team is 8-2 ATS and the Bills are 5-1 ATS at Kansas City while the Chiefs are 1-9 ATS in their last 10 games overall. So, what, take KANSAS CITY!

Tampa Bay at Green Bay 3:05 ET

What a great storyline the media is working with as Tom Brady plays in his 14th Conference Championship game setting franchise record for Tampa Bay with 40 TD passes and 4,633 yards. To balance the media attention with be the probable MVP Aaron Rodgers who threw two interceptions in the October meeting. The Buccaneers pounded the Packers 38-10 after spotting the 'Pack' an early 10-0 first quarter lead only is get swamped from that point. The last time Green Bay hosted a championship game was 2007 when Rodgers was Brett Favre's back-up and New England would lose to the same NY Giants in the Super Bowl...Fun huh! Take TAMPA BAY!

Tampa Bay at New Orleans 6:40 ET

Buccaneers/Saints UNDER- Yeah, I know, I know that the quarterbacks are the headliners here as a pair of Hall Of Fame QB's in the GOAT Tom Brady and his closest statical rival Drew Brees clash. But, these guys have seen better days and bothy their teams rely more on defense as the Saints are No 4 overall and the Buc's are No. 1 against the run. Tampa has been an 'Over' play for a number of season because of all the turnovers not they protect the ball while New Orleans is an 'Under' team going 'low' 7 of 8 after a SU win. Play UNDER!

Tampa Bay at New Orleans 6:40 ET

Saints (-) over Buccaneers- Is there an emotional side for you in this matchup between MVP's and HOF QB's? There is for me and I hate to see either of these guys Tom Brady or Drew Brees lose here. Brady's numbers are a bit better than Brees but at a cost as Tampa Bay is 28th in rushing with 95 ypg while the Saints have better balance running for 142 ypg that will be going against the No. 1 rushing defense with the Bucs' art 81 ypg. Great matchup with New Orleans a winner twice already over Tampa and the Bucs and pull off the hat trick today. Take NEW ORLEANS!

Cleveland at Kansas City 3:05 ET

Chiefs (-) over Browns- Boy, I LOVE this side! (Nothing is 100%...but man!) Last week having the Cleveland as 'our' Highest-Rated' Megabucks and the easy way they won has given me so much confidence in the Chiefs here. The Browns were never headed as the first snap of the game resulted in a TD for them and they didn't have to do anything but fall on the ball. A gift from Kansas City is NOT going to happen here. Things have been great for the Browns and I thank them for all the winners they provided to us this season but like the 'Rolling Stones' sang 'It's all over now...!' Take KANSAS CITY

Baltimore at Buffalo 8:15 ET

Ravens/Bills UNDER- This one just figures to stay under when one considers the major factors surrounding this contest. Weather...you think about it no most likely not be a factor but if it does develop it will help 'our' situation. The Ravens want to keep the ball out of Josh Allen's hands and will look to sustain drives and Buffalo will be a bit conservative not looking to commit turnovers (21) as Baltimore's opportunistic defense that has forced 23 turnovers. Play UNDER!

Bills (-) over Ravens- The Ravens came through for 'us' as favorites on the road last week taking down the Titans 20-13 a game they trailed 10-0 before dominating play. Lamar Jackson shook the 'money off his back' finally winning a playoff game running for 136 of his teams 236 yards as he also had plenty of help. What it comes down to here is, can the Bills stop Baltimore's power rushing game and they haven't been able to do it ranking 20th against the run, while their No. 2 offense is against the Ravens defense. Weather shouldn't be a factor and I like Allen's body language. But, it won't matter! Take BALTIMORE!

L.A. Rams at Green Bay 4:35 ET

Rams (+) over Packers- Coming off the winner with the LA Rams over the Seahawks but it didn't quite go as I had thought. Yes, we won both the side and total but I was expecting and hoping that John Wolford would get the playing time but he was in juried early and No. 1 QB Jared Goff played and will play despite an injured thumb. There is no doubt who will start at QB for the Packers and if Aaron Rodgers doesn't get the MVP the league has lost all credibility and he is tough to beat. Green Bay is 6-2 ATS in their last eight playoff games and are 7-3 ATS as home favorites. They are also 9-1 ATS in the last 10 meeting including 6-0 ATS in the last six. But these are different Rams who are 21-7-1 ATS in their last 29 NFC games and 6-1 ATS against teams with winning records and 6-2 ATS as road underdogs. Take LA RAMS!

Browns/Steelers (OVER)- One thing these two do have in common in one dimensional offenses. Pittsburgh is pass happy and is last in the NFL in rushing with 84 ypg and the Browns will try and run you to death at No. 3 averaging just under 150 ypg. I just don't see either defense stepping up to stop the others offense. Play OVER!

Cleveland at Pittsburgh 8:15 ET

Browns (+) over Steelers- No surprises here at these two rivals meet for the third time this season and the second week in-a-row. These two split the season series with Pittsburgh getting the money in both games and four of the last five with the home team going 5-1 ATS in the last six meetings. No matter what issues I read about concerning Cleveland as to players, coaches and not being able to use their facilities the line has not moved. The Steelers were 11-0 and have dropped four of five and I believe have been exposed and just won't have enough to get by here. Browns ground game will be the difference. Take CLEVELAND!

Bears/Saints- The obvious side here to me is playing this game under and that's what I'm doing. I've been warned against it some of my NFL 'experts' but sometimes you just stand up and say 'No' I just can't do it. So 'we' have UNDER...Saints defense better than most realize at No. 4 allowing just 310 ypg while Chicago's offense is No. 26....UNDER!

Bears (+) over Saints- This may be the toughest call of them all as Chicago backed-into the playoffs losing to the Packers at home in their final game last Sunday while the Saints were just taking care of business routing Carolina 33-7. The Bears offense had come to life prior to that loss scoring over 25 points in five straight games topping 30 four times. On November 1st the Bears hosted New Orleans (-5.5) who won in OT 26-23. The Numbers don't look good for the Bears as they are 2-6 ATS in their last eight playoff games and they are 6-18 atS after a double-digit loss and they are 0-6 ATS in their last six on the road against teams with winning records. New Orleans on the other hand is 6-1 ATS in their last seven as favorites and they are 5-1-1 ATS in the last seven meetings. Take CHICAGO!

Chip's AFC Megabucks 'Totals' Winner

Ravens/Titans (OVER)- I can't see this one going any other way! The numbers are telling as the Titans have the No. 3 ranked offense and score at a 30.7 clip and their defense is among the NFL worst allowing nearly 400 ypg and 27.4 points scored. Baltimore has found offensive balance, no not run pass but run-run with Jackson and Dobbins. Tennessee is Over 22-6-1 last 29 games overall and 15-5-1 Over at home. Play OVER!

Ravens (+) over Titans- From the moment I saw this 'line' I was befuddled over the fact that a division winner Tennessee was made a home underdog to a lower seeded and not a slight favorite either. Granted The Ravens come in hot like last year when they had won 12 straight only to get upset by these same Titans in Baltimore. The trends are ridiculous in favor of the home dog in this spot. It doesn't seem right that Baltimore is favored as they are 3-7-1 ATS in the last 11 meetings but they are 6-0 ATS in their last six road playoff games and 7-3 ATS in their last 10 as road favorites and the titans are 0-3-1 ATS in their last four home playoff games. Take BALTIMORE!

Buccaneers/DC Swampers- Yup, Washington has the No. 2 defense behind the Rams and the 30th ranked offense. Tampa Bay's offense is No. 7 but No. 3 in scoring at 30.8 ppg and No. 2 passing yards. That's why the DC boys defense which prides on the run stop will have to deal with Tom Brady's passing. Play OVER!

DC Swampers (+) over Buccaneers- My first impression here was that Washington 'had' to be the side and I found every reason to support my opinion and I did find some. For example the underdog is 5-0-1 ATS in the last six meetings and Washington is 4-1 ATS in their last five games as dogs. They also stake claim to the No. 2 overall defense allowing just 306 ypg and surrender just 20.7 points per game and are 5-1 in Alex Smith starts. Tampa Bay has the third ranked offense scoring 30.8 ppg led by the NFL's all-time leader in playoff wins (30) and TD passes (73) with nine Super Bowl starts. Take WASHINGTON!

Rams (+) over Seahawks- Defense, defense, defense...the last three meetings including two this season have all gone Under, but the previous four had all gone Over. It just seems too easy to play this game Under. In playoffs 'tings change.' Play OVER!

Rams (+) over Seahawks- This could be the most difficult of all to call because of the quarterback situation with the Rams. Starter Jared Goff was replaced by first time starter John Wolford who guided LA to an 18-7 victory over Arizona. Seattle defeated the Rams here two weeks ago with Goff as a starter 20-9 although the Seahawks were held to 292 yards total offense. LA has the NFL's No.1 defense hands down in points, yards , FD's and more. Seattle is 10-4 ATS in the last 14 meetings and 11-5 ATS as hosts.But, Seattle is 1-7 ATS following a SU win and 1-5 versus the NFC while the Rams are 20-7-1 ATS against the NFC and are 5-2 ATS in last seven as road underdogs. I expect an outright victory...take the RAMS!

Colts/Bills UNDER- So now everyone is overwhelmed by the Colts running game because Jonathan Taylor ran for a franchise record 253 yards last week but it was against Jacksonville. Numbers wise the Colts are 13-6 Under when dogs and Under is 9-2 in their last 11 road playoff games. Buffalo is an Over team and are 10-2-1 Under in their last 13 following a SU win. Stay UNDER!

Eagles (+) over DC Swampers- Win and you are IN! Sounds easy enough but for Washington it isn't going to be so easy. Philadelphia is the defending NFC East champs and the have had an injury riddled season as well as player failures. The Guys from DC have the No. 4 ranked defense in the NFL but will be scurrying around looking for a healthy quarterback. After giving Haskins his outright release Washington will go most like return to injured veteran Alex Smith and despite his heroic comeback has been removed twice from games this season because of injuries and his status is still unclear. (He must be ready or they would have keep Haskins at least one more week...no?) It won't matter as Football Team is 1-4 ATS as favorites and 6-14 ATS following a SU loss. The Eagles are 9-4 ATS in the last 13 meetings as hosts and they are 4-0 ATS in their last four as home underdogs. Take PHILADELPHIA!

Green Bay at Chicago 4:25 ET

Bears (+) over Packers- Win and you after IN! After starting 5-1 Chicago didn't believe that they could be in this spot and after losing six-in-a-row they still can't believe that they are in this spot! Green Bay can clinch the No. 1 overall seed with a win and a single bye in each conference is huge. Aaron Rodgers the rightful MVP this season is going to play but so will Mitch Trubisky and he's led an offense scoring 30, 36, 33 and 41 in the past four weeks. Take CHICAGO!

Las Vegas at Denver 4:25 ET

Broncos (+) over Raiders- The last time these two met in October the Las Vegas was a high roller and were riding high at 6-3 and talking about the playoffs. Well, after losing five of the last six with their only win coming on a Hail-Mary victory over the New York Jets they be walking the strip. The Raiders are depressed and despondent and have placed seven players on the injury list and they have other that missed practice this week. Note that the home team is 7-2 ATS in this series and the underdog is 4-1 ATS in the last five meetings. Take DENVER!

New Orleans at Carolina 4:25 ET

Panthers (+) over Saints- In a convoluted way New Orleans is still live for the No. 1 overall seed and a bye for the playoffs if...Packers lose and Seahawks wins. Carolina has played much better than the record indicates and they have dealt with major injuries the entire season. Last week as 'our' Megabucks winner the Panthers dominated Washington in their park and return home where they won just twice over Arizona 21-16 and Detroit 20-0. The thing I like best is that have not quit and they play tough defense at home. Note that Carolina is 5-1 ATS in the last six meetings and the underdog is 11-2 in the last 13 meetings and the panthers are 8-1 in last nine as underdogs. Take CAROLINA!

Dallas at New York Giants 1:00 ET

Giants (+) over Cowboys- The winner here will end up the NFC East champs if Washington loses Sunday night at Philadelphia. If the Giants win and manage to get into the playoffs it will be with the worst record at 6-10 for a playoff team to qualify. The previous worst record for a team getting in was Seattle in 2010 as they were 7-9 and Carolina was 7-8-1 in 2014. The Giants have lost seven straight to Dallas including a 37-34 game this year when New York committed crucial errors in the last two minutes and the Cowboys scored twice to steal the win. This time they get it done! Take the NEW YORK GIANTS!

New York Jets at New England 1:00 ET

Patriots (-) over Jets- New England is finishing the season under .500 for the first time since 2000 and are missing the playoffs for just the second time in the past 20 years. Meanwhile, the Jets are celebrating having posted two wins on the season and good for them but that's all they are going to get! Understand this and I know that you do, Bill Belichick doesn't like to lose anytime and he will start Cam Newton in the final game of the year knowing he has no future with the club, but he wants that win this week especially after their performance Monday night against Buffalo. Take the PATRIOTS!

Pittsburgh at Cleveland 1:00 ET

Browns (-) over Steelers- They have got to be kidding! The bookmakers have installed Cleveland who has yet to qualify for the playoffs and need a win as double-digit favorites over arch rival Pittsburgh. Now, we understand that Big Ben will sit and I imagine many others will as well. But, it looks like Tomlin is sacrificing this game and they players aren't going to risk anything bad happening. The Browns will look to atone for their last to the Jets last week and even if they win are not guaranteed a playoff spot. Steelers who started 11-0 have dropped three of four and another loss here is almost certain. Take CLEVELAND!

New England at Buffalo 8:15 ET

Patriots (+) over Bills- It has just got to be! With Buffalo (11-3) having already clinched the AFC East could be looking past the Patriots toward the playoffs but having won the Division for the first time in 21 years (1999) they may want to made a statement to New England who has dominated the AFC East since Belichick's arrival. Getting Cam Newton to replace Tom Brady was a one-year experiment that just didn't work as he has eight games without a touchdown pass and New England has to rebuild from the bottom up. I'm really impressed with Josh Allen this season and his top receiver Stephon Diggs but, I can see the Bills taking their foot off the gas while the Pats play for pride. Take NEW ENGLAND

Carolina at Washington 4:05 ET

Panthers (+) over 'Those Guys'- Carolina is one of those team that have played much better than their record shows as they fought through injuries to key personnel. The Panthers have been especially under-rated on the road as they are 2-5 SU but get this 6-1 ATS. So, here we have division leader Washington who must win to stay in playoff contention only a 1-point favorite at home. It just looks the 'books' know Haskins can't cut it. Cats are 8-1 in last nine as road underdogs while the Football Team is 1-4 ATS as favorites and 6-13 ATS after a SU loss. Take CAROLINA!

Denver at L.A. Chargers 4:05 ET

Broncos (+) over Chargers- I'm a little surprised that this line is as low as it is even tho these two clubs have the same record 5-9. My concept of these two is that Justin Herbert is better than Drew Lock and the Chargers should be a stronger favorite. But, remember, no matter what you think for the most part that guy, the entity that sets the line knows more than 'we' do and they always will. LA opened under a field goal will probably lose by that amount today. Denver has been consistent not having two bad outing in a row as they are 8-1 ATS after a loss and are 7-2 ATS in their last nine meetings in Los Angeles and the road team is 13-6-2 ATS in the last 21 meetings. Take DENVER!

New York Giants at Baltimore 1:00 ET

Giants (+) over Ravens- With their mid-season lull behind them the Ravens have won three straight making a charge for the playoffs which is out of their control right now as Miami held the tie-breakers going into this weekend. New York is one-game behind Washington but own all tie-breakers and QB Daniel Jones returns after sitting out 2-of-3 weeks. The Giants play to ugh when you would least expect it as they are 7-2 ATS in their last nine as underdogs and 20-6 ATS in their last 26 as road dogs. Baltimore has some glowing trends but I'm not going to give them because I want no doubts about playing the Giants here. Take NEW YORK!

Chicago at Jacksonville 1:00 ET

Jaguars (+) over Bears- Wouldn't it something if the Jaguars win this game on the field and lose out on the Trevor Lawrence sweepstakes. It could happen because the Bears are such frauds as their defense is mediocre and their offense even after a good month still isn't in the top half of the league. Chicago is still 'live' for the playoffs recovering from a six-game losing streak and have won their last two while Jacksonville looks to break a 13-game losing streak and will give veteran Mike Glennon some playing time and it might help. Take the JAGUARS!

Cleveland at New York Jets 1:00 ET

Jets (+) over Browns- Cleveland currently has a pair of distinctions that are NFL streaks of longevity and futility as they have been shut out of the playoffs longer than any other club and they are along with the Lions the only original merger teams that have not made it to a Super Bowl. The Browns haven't been in the playoffs since 2002 and are 10-4 but still need to win and have either Miami, Baltimore or Indianapolis lose. Covid has hit the Browns and four of their receivers will be missing but with a taste of victory being so sweet for the jets last week they want to do it again. Take NEW YORK JETS!

Miami at Las Vegas 8:00 ET

Raiders (+) over Dolphins- Las Vegas has been horrid that past six weeks with their only win coming against the Jets with a Hail Mary pass on the final play of the game. Miami knows that they have to win out in the AFC top have a shot at the playoffs and consider this encounter a 'play-in game.' The Raiders lost QB Derek Carr early last week with a calf strain and his status is questionable. Marcus Mariota filled in and looked the best he has in three years and says it's all about him being healthy. In a surprise take LAS VEGAS!

San Francisco at Arizona 4:30 ET

'49ers (+) over Cardinals- San Francisco has had some kind of year and I mean in the NFL not what's going on in their streets but the results have been similar a total disaster. They were five minutes away from winning the Super Bowl and now they will try and be a spoiler against Arizona who can clinch a Wild Card spot with a win here. With backup QB Mullins going down last week the Niners signed Josh Rosen but C.J. Beathard will start and they are 7-3 ATS in their last 10 games as underdogs. How much of a road game this is can be questioned as San Francisco play their home game here now. Take SAN FRANCISCO!

Chip's NFC 'Stand-Alone' Winner

Minnesota at New Orleans- Two weeks ago the Saints were the No. 1 seed in the NFC but have now dropped their last two games for the first time in three seasons and trail Green Bay for the overall top seed but can clinch the Division with a single victory. Last week Drew Brees returned to the lineup for New Orleans and despite everything that you have have heard he didn't pass 'my' eye test as his passes didn't have the same 'zip' or velocity and his accuracy wasn't all that good either. Minnesota (6-8) has been a hard team to figure this season and this week they have nine defensive players on injury report. Vikings have a small chance for the playoffs if they win out and Arizona loses their final two. Minny is 38-14 ATS after a straight-up loss and 4-1 ATS in last five road games while NO is 4-1 ATS in last five as favorites and are 9-2 ATS against teams with losing records. Take MINNESOTA!

Giants (+) over Browns- Daniel Jones is out and Colt McCoy is in for the Giants and there will be no homecoming or welcoming party here for Odell Beckham. New York had their 4-game win streak stop by Arizona last week and they were never in it while Cleveland had their own 4-game win streak stopped by the Ravens on Monday night. The Browns (9-4) are much improved but are still 4-9-1 ATS after a SU loss while the Giants are 6-0 ATS after an ATS loss and 7-1 ATS in their last eight as underdogs and 4-1 ATS in the last four meetings. Take NEW YORK GIANTS!

Kansas City at New Orleans 4:25 ET

Saints (+) over Chiefs- So, quarterback Drew Brees is returning action after missing four games of which the Saints won three. Kansas City (12-1) has clinched their fifth straight AFC West title and New Orleans needs a win to clinch their fourth straight NFC South title so there should be a greater need for for the Saints. KC 0-5 ATS in their last five overall while the Saints are 6-1 ATS in their last seven games as a home underdog and 21-6 ATS in their last 27 games as an underdog. Take NEW ORLEANS!

Texans (+) over Colts- How, how can we possibly take Houston in this spot despite what we have seen in recent performances to which I say remember that no team is as bad one week to the next and no team is a good one week to the next. Indianapolis have been and looks dominate and the Texans look like they have already quit on the season but...they have not. These two met two weeks ago as Deshaun Watson fumbled from the one yard line in the final minute as the road team is now 10-2-2 ATS in the last 14 meetings. Take HOUSTON!

Falcons (+) over Buccaneers- Tampa Bay (8-5) is sitting in the 6th spot as a playoff wildcard after having played their last three at home and are taking to the road for the first time in five weeks. Atlanta is 4-4 under interim coach Raheem Morris although his game decisions under pressure have been questioned especially after the way the Falcons' blew the game to the Chargers last week. The Buccaneers are just 1-5 ATS in their last six games following a straight-up win while the 'Dirty-Birds' are 11-5 ATS in their last 16 as home underdogs.Take ATLANTA!

Patriots (+) over Dolphins- Here we go again, or at least we should hear it because it happens time and again and I am talking about what Bill Belicheck does to rookie quarterbacks as witnessed by Justin Herbert three weeks ago in the Patriots 45-0 win over the Chargers. Poor Tua will try and overcome what he knows is coming but until you see it you will be exploited by the master. Take NEW ENGLAND!

Panthers (+) over Packers- Green Bay coach Matt LaFleur says that having clinched the NFC North title that 'Nothing changes in our mind'...I wonder, isn't it just human nature to take at least a sigh of relief? Carolina under first year head coach Matt Rhule is just 4-9 SU but a respectable 7-6 ATS as they have been very competitive even without their All-pro versatile running back and receiver Christian McCaffrey who has missed all but three games. The Panthers are 2-4 SU on the road but 5-1 ATS and 7-1 ATS in their last eight as underdogs. Although, the Packers are 6-2 ATS in their last eight as home favorites they are 1-5 ATS after a straight-up win. Already clinched...take CAROLINA!

Chargers (+) over Raiders- Oh-boy, this is a tough call for a number of reasons not the least of which is that my 3-2 Fab-5 Sunday included the Raiders who were stampeded by the Colts. So, after taking them and getting trampled last week...well you know the scenario, but the oddsmaker has lost some respect for Las Vegas as this line is just so low and inviting. The Chargers won despite bonehead coach Anthony Lynn once again blowing scoring opportunities my mismanaging the clock. That makes FIVE times this season! Do you think the Raiders defense can confuse Herbert they way Belichick's defensive plan did? How could it Gruden just fired his DC after Sunday's loss. The Raiders are in such need for a win but the 'powers that be' may not care. Take the CHARGERS!

Browns over Ravens- The Browns who haven't been to the playoffs in 17 years had such fanfare and expectations entering their season opener at Baltimore only to receive a reality check as the veteran playoff Ravens destroyed them 38-6. A convincing win as it was Lamar Jackson who passed for 275 yards and three TD's while the Browns offense scored just once. But after a 5-1 start the 'Black Birds' have lost four of five while Cleveland has won 8-of-10 as Baker Mayfield has held it all together. Browns with best 1-2 punch in the NFL with their running duo of Chubb and Hunt. Take CLEVELAND!

Pittsburgh at Buffalo 8:20 ET

Steelers (+) over Bills- I know how impressive the Bills looked the Monday night dominating San Francisco and how lackluster Pittsburgh looked in losing their first game to Washington after getting out to a 14-0 lead before starting to take things during the game for granted and blowing numerous opportunities. Part of the problem for the Steelers was the lack of a running game as they ran for just 21 yards last week and just 68 the week before against the Ravens. James Conner who missed the last two games will return and help make the difference and Big Ben's pride will outshine Josh Allen. Take PITTSBURGH!

New Orleans at Philadelphia 4:25 ET

Eagles (+) over Saints- This is the most improbable 'side' on the entire board as the Saints have won nine straight and the grounded Eagles are changing quarterbacks. Philadelphia will have Jalen Hurts under center for the first time in his career while Tayson Hill gets his fourth start while Brees' banged up ribs heal. The Eagles are the club of the two that is known for their defense but it is New Orleans that has the No. 2 defense allowing just 288 ypg which plays into the 'Birds' No. 29 offense with 319 ypg. The 'Wild Card' here is Hurts who is not known for his passing (5-12, 109y last week) but will present a different look and hey Carson Wentz had 15 Ints and 3 fumbles and the kicker is that the Saints have already clinched a playoff berth and the have a look-ahead game with Kansas City next week, Take PHILADELPHIA!

Indianapolis at Las Vegas 4:05 ET

Raiders (+) over Colts- In the scheme of things this is a playoff game for Las Vegas. A loss here would make it virtually impossible for them to qualify for the postseason. As it is the Raiders are fortunate to still be alive as their 'hail-Mary' win over the Jets last week may have saved their season if the win here. Vegas has had the issues with injuries and the virus but this week it have five Colts that have missed practice including Philip Rivers. Jon Gruden has brought the Raiders along and will create win havoc on defense to take advantage of 'Philips Floaters' and get at least a pair of picks. Take LAS VEGAS!

Arizona at New York Giants 1:00 ET

Cardinals over Giants- This is one of those 'Go figure' games. Here we have the New York Football Giants winners of four straight games and probably the hottest team in the NFL (oops Saints have won 9) up against a fading team's who's only win in their last five games came a 'Hail-Mary pass' on the final play against Buffalo when they didn't even attempt the extra-point they have failed to 'cover' the spread. And Arizona is favored at New York! Daniel Jones' Locker returns Sunday and he should give the Giants' 32nd rated offense some sort of lift. He will help, but the Cardinals average 390 ppg and are 9-4-2 ATS on the road scoring 28 ppg while 'Little Blue' is 30th with 19 ppg and are 3-12 ATS as home underdogs. Take ARIZONA!

Minnesota at Tampa Bay 1:00 ET

Vikings (+) over Buccaneers- These two qualify for the final NFL playoff spots with Tampa Bay (7-5) holding on to the sixth spot and Minnesota (6-6) a game behind. The Bucs expected a big boost on offense with the addition of Brady and other weapons but they are still just middle of the pack at 18th with 363 ypg. It has been the Tampa defense that has held them together ranking No.1 against the run and No. 7 overall. The Vikings shine on offense with 390 ypg and just under 150 rushing yards and will match the Bucs rushing defense with Delvin Cook who has 1135 yards at 5.0 an attempt. These two match-up right and it should come down to a one possession game. Take MINNESOTA!

Houston at Chicago 1:00 ET

Bears (+) over Texans- The Houston is an embarrassment and own the entire state of Texas an apology! So, here are the 4-8 Texans -2.5 at Chicago favored against the 5-7 Bears who have dropped six straight. These teams are so bad and so evenly matched with Houston having the No. 30 defense allowing 406 ypg while the Bears offense is also ranked 30th with just 312 ypg. The Texans offense averages 364 ypg while Chicago allows 354 ypg. So, why even take a side when they both suck. Well, a wise man once said to me there's got to be a winner and I know it is NOT Houston! Take CHICAGO!

Dallas at Baltimore 8:00 ET

Cowboys (+) over Ravens- The Ravens who have had to deal with the virus have dropped three straight and 4-of-5 while Dallas has lost 5-of-6 and 7-of-9. This game on paper does not set up well for the Cowboys who are dead last in NFL rushing defense while the Ravens are No. 2 in rushing averaging 158 YPG as well as last in points allowed with 32.6. Part of Big 'D's problem is that are also last in take-aways in the season with a league low of just nine also allowing 24 TD passes with just 4 Int's. Having played last on Thanksgiving (if you can call that 'playing') and have had 12-days to prepare and they need it. Take DALLAS!

Buffalo vs San Francisco (at Glendale, AZ)

49ers over Bills- As most are aware this game has been shifted to Arizona as COVID has forced the move from California. Buffalo has won four of five with the lone loss coming on this field against the Cardinals when a 'Hail-Mary' pass handed them their only defeat. The Bills who were the same 8-3 a year ago went 2-3 their final five games while many have to be reminded that the 49ers were in the Super Bowl last season. SF is getting healthy as players return and the Bills face the undefeated (as of now) Steelers next week. That SAN FRANCISCO!

New England at San Diego 4:25 ET

Chargers (+) over Patriots- Cam is right! No need to apologize for winning even with 69 yards passing. Patriots won over Arizona last week and we are still trying to figure out how...make be a Belichick thing. It's certainly not an Anthony Lynn 'thing' who has still needs to apologize for his trouble understanding clock management, time-outs and getting plays off on time after time-outs. Hugh coaching the difference for New England here but the Chargers have more firepower! Takt the LA CHARGERS!

Cleveland at Tennessee 1:00 ET

Browns (+) over Titans- Very sneaky...watch out for this one. I imagine most will see the Titans as very inviting side with their version of Jim Brown, Derek Henry running with authority over and through defensive backs. Both clubs are 8-3 but appear different in the public eye. This pair are 1 and 2 running the ball with the Browns at 161 rypg and the Titans 158 rypg with Cleveland's passing game lame at No.30 while Tannehill throws for just 227. Titans have turned the ball over just five times a league low but.. It's CLEVELAND!

New Orleans at Atlanta 1:00 ET 

Falcons (+) over Saints- The way I see it Saints 'backers' are loving it when Brees sits! Last year it was Bridgewater going 6-0 ATS and even when Hill gets the start they seem to dominate, especially of late on defense. N.O. has surrendered just 3, 13, 9, and 3 points in their last four games and have the No. 1 defense at 285 ypg and No. 2 Rush 'D' at 76.6 ypg. Atlanta rises as home dogs going 11-4 ATS L-15 and with Raheem Morris at the helm they have won 3 of 4 and 4 of 6 overall. Take ATLANTA!

Indianapolis at Houston 1:00 ET

Texans (+) over Colts- How 'bout them inconsistent Colts...they just can seem to string together wins before they throw in an uninspired performance like refusing to step in front of Derek Henry last week as the Titans ran over Indianapolis for 229 yards. Indy is 7-0-1 ATS in the last eight meetings in Houston and 4-0 ATS L-4. While Philip Rivers' TD/Int ratio always an issue it's 16/9 and he still is venerable to the pick-6. Houston defense (if you can call it that) is Ranked No. 30 allowing 410 yards a game and No. 31 in rushing 'D' (154 ypg) and their rushing 'O' (84 ypg) is No.31. Still, the Texans since O'Brien was jettisoned have a winning attitude and record 4-3. The road team is 9-2-2 L-13 dog is 7-3-2 ATS in series. Take the TEXANS!

Las Vegas at New York Jets 1:00 ET

Jets (+) over Raiders- Sure, I have become a Raiders fan but that doesn't mean I will play against my pocketbook. Coach Gruden has this team believing that they can win and they can (they beat KC) but they are not ready yet. Injuries and the virus have hurt chemistry and they might be the only team the Jets can beat...nah! Can't see Vegas not showing up after last weeks performance (43-6) at Atlanta but being they best beware as the Jets become desperate to land a win. Take NY JETS!

Seattle at Philadelphia 8:15 ET

Eagles (+) over Seahawks- These two met at Philadelphia in the playoffs and Seattle posted a 17-9 victory their second of the season over Philly and by the same score 17-9. The Eagles had struggled most of the year and then closed with a flurry before the loss to end their season. In 2020 it has been even worse for them as Carson Wentz has been under duress the entire season having been sacked 40 times with 18 turnovers and a 73.3 passer rating. It's the same old story for the Seahawks plenty of offense with 400 yards per game, but their defense hasn't improved and is dead last allowing 435 yard per game. The head-to-head games are all Seattle as they are 6-0 ATS in the past six meetings including 5-0 ATS in Philadelphia. Both clubs are in second place with only the Eagles assured to move into first with a victory. Take the EAGLES!

Kansas City at Tampa Bay 4:25 ET

Buccaneers (+) over Chiefs- Oh man is this it? Is this where we actually see the 'changing of the guard' as Patrick Mahomes brings his 9-1 Chiefs into Tampa Bay where quarterback Tom Brady is starting to show some wear and tear and Kansas City has the NFL's No. 2 offense averaging 414 yards per game while the Buc's defense has been consistent the past few seasons and is No. 6 over and No. 1 against the run for the second straight season. The Chiefs may not even be concerned withy that as they are the leagues No. 1 passing teams at 300 yards per games and Mahomes has 27 TD passes with just a pair of interceptions. Tampa Bay meanwhile has had two clunkers in their last three games as Brady's efficiency has dropped Matt Patricia sleepless. Kansas City garnered a bit revenge last week at las Vegas against the Raiders who had inflicted the their only loss in early October and they have won their last five since. There are a few things that have me backing Tampa here. To start with Tom Brady is a prideful man and I have to believe he will atone for his indiscretions in recent losses and the Buccaneers need to make a statement here otherwise they fall to 7-5 and into also-ran territory. Take TAMPA BAY!

Las Vegas at Atlanta 1:00 ET

Falcons (+) over Raiders- Although the Raiders lost to Kansas City Sunday they gained a number of admirers because let's face it John Gruden has them playing good football. Gone (for the most part) are the silly penalties and they are protecting the ball better now than anytime since his 10-year tenure started. What's to say about Atlanta...they are 3-7 and coming off a beatdown by New Orleans where they failed to score a touchdown and were dominated after taking a 9-3 lead late in the second period. QB Matt Ryan who has thrown for 2,978 yards this season but was sacked eight times and took 11 hits against the Saints. The issue here is if Gruden can get his guys 'up' on the road after an emotional last minute loss to the Chiefs I can see the Raiders being flat but they do have the better coaching. I was looking for a trend to throw at you and there's ones on Vegas were really good, but I found this about the Falcons, they are 8-3 ATS in their last 11 as an underdog. That's it! Take ATLANTA!

Arizona at New England 1:00 ET

Patriots (+) over Cardinals- Oh boy, do I believe we have a winner here...it just figures. New England goes to Houston as a small favorite and lose outright (they never should have been favored anyway) and now they return home and are made the same size underdog to Arizona. Oh yeah big and bad Arizona that is the 'public's darlings' and with good cause because Kyler Murray my end being the best of his kind ) a run first QB, ala Cam Newton, Jackson, Watson none of whom throw the ball as well as Murray. But, this is his first trip to Boston and first time up against Bill Belichick and they both mean something. What I can't be sure. I LOVE the home team here. Take NEW ENGLAND!

N.Y. Giants at Cincinnati 1:00 ET

Bengals (+) over Giants- Of course the storyline here first is the injury to Joe Burrow and the rookie sensation is done for 9-12 months. Okay, that's fine but the Bengals still are just 2-7-1 under his leadership, so here steps Brandon Allen to run the show and although he's now an accomplished starter he has had some experience and played for Bengals coach Zac Taylor with the Rams in 2017 and 2018. New York believe it or now can move into first place with a win here and the are are perfect 5-0 ATS on the road this season. But, now they are the favorites and although they probably have played the best football in their division they have not been favorites on the road. Cats have dropped last two and should rally the troops for this one. Take CINCINNATI!

Tennessee at Indianapolis 1:00 ET

Colts (+) over Titans- When you look at these two teams they compare like a mirror on offense but when it comes to the other side of the ball the Titans are lacking, Indianapolis who pounded Tennessee on a Thursday night three weeks ago in their own backyard will now the Colts will have all those cardboard cutouts giving them the silent treatment. Indy has the No. 2 rated defense allowing 298 yards per game while the Titans defense surrenders 389 yards per. Colts are 6-2 ATS as home favorites and even better they are 14-5 ATS against teams with winning records meaning they come to play against the better competition. Take INDIANAPOLIS!

Washington at Dallas 4:30 ET

DC Swampers (+) over Cowboys- There have been so many low points for the Cowboys this season and one of them was the first meeting in Washington when the DC Swampers dominated Dallas winning 25-3 while allowing the Pokes just 142 yards total offense. Despite their poor play, both these 3-7 clubs trail the Eagles by just a half-game for the NFC East division lead. Dallas has been able to move the ball for the most part but they haven't got it done on defense and have created just eight turnovers on the season. These two have an intense rivalry that has seen the underdogs win (ATS) 28 of the last 41 meetings and Washington is 9-4 ATS in their last 13 trips to Dallas where the 'Boys are just 22-46 ATS as favorites including last five 0-5 ATS. Take Washington!

Houston at Detroit 9:30 ET

Lions (+) over Texans- Houston who until Sunday's victory of New England had two wins entering that contest but had only defeated Jacksonville (twice). The Texans have now won 2-of-3 after a 1-6 start but a defense built by Romeo Crennel is ranked 31 of 32 NFL teams allowing 412 yards a game. Detroit under Matt Patricia is heading south fast and I still have difficulty figuring out out they actually won four games this season. The Lions over-rated offense is ranked No. 27 and their defense is No. 25, numbers that are not very impressive. After getting shut out at Carolina last week where the Lions looked like they just stopped playing and gathered only 185 yards total offense while rushing for just 40 and allowing five sacks and making only 10 first downs. As bad as Detroit is, if they have any kind of professional pride they will come out smokin' on Thursday. Houston is just 1-5-1 ATS in their last seven road games and 3-8-1 ATS in their last 12 as favorites while the Lions are even worse going 3-7 ATS Last-10 at home going 4-11 ATS in last 15 as underdogs and 6-15 ATS in their last 21 overall. All because they are poorly coached and they stink...but Texans have no character and the Lions eat well on Thanksgiving. Take DETROIT!

L.A. Rams at Tampa Bay 8:15 ET

Rams/Buccaneers UNDER- Both of these clubs are off impressive wins with the Rams defeating Seattle 23-16 and the Bucc's pounded Carolina 46-23 gaining 544 yards on offense. But, understand this, it will be the defense's that will make the difference in today's matchup. Tampa Bay has had the top rushing stop for the past two seasons and this season ranked No. 2 right now allowing just 76.6 yards rushing per game while Los Angeles in ranked No. 1 defensively overall allowing just 296 yards per game and No. 2 in totals points surrendered with 18.7. Rams are Under is their last six and 5-1 to the under at Tampa Bay. The Buccaneers are 9-4 Under in their last 13 at home against teams with winning records. Play the UNDER!

Kansas City at L.V. Raiders 8:20 ET

Raiders (+) over Chiefs- The NFL has called put nine Las Vegas players on the reserve/COVID list and they were not able meet or practice until Friday. Coach John Gruden says that they will 'be ready for the game on Sunday. Kansas City may have revenge on their minds as it was the Raiders that scarred their undefeated season a game where LV's defense played a strong second half. The storyline behind the Chiefs is Andy Reid's record after a bye week, he is 18-3 SU and KC is 12-5 ATS at Raiders last 17 meetings. But, Vegas well coached and 5-0 ATS vs the AFC West L-5. Take LAS VEGAS!

Green Bay at Indianapolis 4:25 ET

Colts (-) over Packers- Great ,match-up between veteran and future Hall of Fame quarterbacks as Aaron Rodgers brings his first place Packers into Indianapolis to face of with Phillip Rivers. Rivers just moved past Dan Marino for total passing yards and although he has never won a championship always falling to Manning or Brady he will be honored upon retirement. He may not be as strong as Rodgers but the Colts No. 1 total defense will be the difference. All quarterbacks as different under pressure and we saw Tampa Bay harass and shut down Aaron earlier this season. Colts are 13-5 ATS in their last 18 games against teams with winning records. Take INDIANAPOLIS!

Miami at Denver 4:05 ET

Broncos (+) over Dolphins- Miami certainly has their 'mojo' working double time as they just impose their defensive will on any and all opponents, just ask the Niners, Rams, Cardinals and Chargers all who out gained the Dolphins only to lose on the scoreboard. The Dolphins have turned to Tua Tagovailoa and they are 3-0 under his leadership as he maintains a controlled offense. Denver has turned to a young QB as well with Drew Lock who threw four Int's against the Raiders last week is nursing sore ribs and may be replaced by Brett Rypien has one win under his belt this season in a pair of start's. Regardless of who is under center for the Broncos they are a winner here today. Miami is 29thy in total offense with 319 yrg and the Mile High guys are 6-1 ATS after an ATS loss. Take DENVER!

New England at Houston 1:00 ET

Texans (+) over Patriots- This is it, this is the one...if it is to win, I believe that business must done! New England despite all their problems still conduct themselves and play like professionals while the 'troubles' surrounding this Houston team goes deeper than we will ever realize. The Patriots rose up for us last Sunday taking down the Ravens outright and now take to the road facing a team in total turmoil that is 2-7 with a pair of wins over Jacksonville who has just one victory themselves. In days gone by I would have no difficulty using the Texans as a best bet...but not on top today. Pats should stumble and the Texans should take advantage...'And thine shall be done.' Take HOUSTON!

Arizona at Seattle 8:20 ET

Seahawks (-) over Cardinals- These two are in the middle of the 3-way log jam at the top of the NFC West with the Rams among the leaders. Four weeks ago the Cardinals came from 10 down with 6:44 left in the 4th quarter and scored three times to win in OT 37-34 and handed Seattle their first loss. They were 5-0 and Russell Wilson had been faultless but in the past four games he has committed 10 turnovers as the Seahawks have dropped 3-of-4. Arizona is coming off a miracle win over Buffalo and have impressive numbers as road underdogs going 8-1-2 ATS in their last 11 whereas the Hawks are 5-2 ATS as home favorites and 32-15-4 ATS after a straight up loss. The Cardinals have played well on the road so don't be surprised if they get the 'action.' Take SEATTLE!
