06-18-24 Brewers -137 v. Angels 6-3 Win 100 8 h 13 m Show

The Milwaukee Brewers suffered what many teams do traveling Sunday into a road series on Monday, and fell 5-3 to the LA Angels. Tuesday, expect a big regroup spot at the plate as the Brewers get to see struggling starter Griffin Canning. Canning is winless in three starts in the month of June, and has just one win over his last nine starts. Take the Brewers to get to Canning and the Angels bullpen.

06-16-24 Yankees v. Red Sox +123 3-9 Win 123 4 h 55 m Show

In the Sunday night baseball game I’ll tail the Boston Red Sox for a second consecutive win over the New York Yankees. The Red Sox played exceptional infield defense yesterday and had timely hits. Look for Kutter Crawford to outdoes Marcus Stroman as the Yankees suffer rare consecutive losses. Tail Boston.

06-16-24 Padres v. Mets UNDER 7 6-11 Loss -100 1 h 23 m Show

The San Diego Padres through the first two road games against the Mets have scored just two total runs. In fact over the Padres last five road games they have scored two runs or less in all. Look for the Padres to continue to be limited, and for Dylan Cease to have his fourth straight quality start. Take the under.

06-16-24 Marlins +109 v. Nationals 1-3 Loss -100 1 h 18 m Show

The Miami Marlins are looking to bounce back from a shutout loss yesterday to the Washington Nationals. They had a threat late with bases loaded but Tim Anderson was not able to deliver. Sunday, their fortune should be much better as the Marlins have won three of Jesus Luzardo’s last four starts. Take the Marlins as the slight underdog.

06-15-24 Rangers v. Mariners -120 5-7 Win 100 5 h 53 m Show

Friday, the Seattle Mariners won a close game one over their division rivals in the Texas Rangers 3-2.  Saturday, may be another low scoring game as Nathan Eovaldi and George Kirby are coming off strong seven inning performances their last starts. The outing was Eovaldi’s first heavy work load since May 2nd, and may be a factor today. Take Seattle as the Rangers come down to Earth off taking two of three against the Dodgers.

06-15-24 Rays +114 v. Braves 2-9 Loss -100 2 h 48 m Show

Look for the Tampa Bay Rays to bounce back from yesterday’s series opening loss to the Atlanta Braves. They will see Charlie Morton on the mound today who has not had a win since May 10th. On the other side Ryan Pepiot has boosted his strikeouts in four straight starts. Look for his command and strikeout ability to be a key factor in the Rays getting a road win today. Take Tampa

06-13-24 Pirates v. Cardinals +101 3-4 Win 101 2 h 43 m Show

With Mitch Keller on the mound the Pittsburgh Pirates have won his last six starts. He has delivered gem outings allowing one run or less in five of those six starts. Yet, this is a road divisional game and first matchup for Keller against St. Louis this season. Grab the Cardinals to do enough in the latter innings to get by the Pirates.

06-12-24 Blue Jays v. Brewers -120 4-5 Win 100 1 h 26 m Show

Toronto Blue Jays starter Chris Bassitt and Brewers starter Tobias Myers are coming off nearly identical starts statistically. Both went eight innings strong for their longest outings of the season. It’s an outing that Myers can build off of and shake the inconsistencies we have seen, especially at home with a 6.75 ERA. Take the rookie pitcher to outdoes the veteran in Chris Bassitt.

06-11-24 Phillies v. Red Sox OVER 8 4-1 Loss -119 19 h 18 m Show

Look for runs Tuesday as the Philadelphia Phillies travel to hitter friendly Fenway Park in Boston. In each of Kutter Crawford’s last six starts the Boston Red Sox have lost, and opponents have scored four runs or more off of him in three straight home starts. I’m also concerned with Zack Wheeler coming off 114 pitches his last start against the Brewers. The most pitches he has had since July 2021, and following that outing he gave up seven runs. Take the over.

06-11-24 Guardians -112 v. Reds 5-3 Win 100 7 h 60 m Show

Tuesday, the Cleveland Guardians will look to add onto a strong road record of 21-14 as they travel to Cincinnati. The interleague series will feature an opener for Cincinnati with reliever Brent Suter. Expect the Reds to have problems as the Guardians have won four straight games with Triston McKenzie on the mound, while averaging 7.5 runs. Take Cleveland.

06-09-24 Twins +106 v. Pirates 11-5 Win 106 1 h 60 m Show

The Minnesota Twins have been held without a run in the first two games against the Pittsburgh Pirates. Sunday, they will face rookie Jared Jones of the Pirates who has one weakness in day games. In four day game starts he is 1-3 with a 4.18 ERA. Take the Twins to end their road trip on a positive note.

06-08-24 Cubs +109 v. Reds 3-4 Loss -100 3 h 59 m Show

The Cincinnati Reds enter today’s matchup against the Chicago Cubs on a season high six game winning streak, and are 11-3 over their last fourteen games. Today I’ll look for value on the Cubs as Ben Brown bounces back from his first rough outing of the season. Prior to last Sunday’s loss to the Reds, Brown had pitched thirteen consecutive scoreless innings. Grab the Cubs to end the Reds winning streak.

06-08-24 Giants +116 v. Rangers 3-1 Win 116 3 h 54 m Show

It appears the San Francisco Giants have turned the corner after a couple of frustrating series against the Yankees and Diamondbacks. They took game one over the Texas Rangers by outhitting them 11 to 5. A bullpen that has been shaky delivered three outs in the eighth on thirteen pitches, and closer Camilo Doval used on fifteen pitches in the ninth. Take the Giants as they pick up their third straight win and get after Rangers lefty Andrew Heaney.

06-07-24 Red Sox v. White Sox -106 2-7 Win 100 6 h 39 m Show

Thursday, the White Sox had another embarrassing effort losing 14-2 to the Boston Red Sox for their fourteenth straight loss. On the mound today is their best shot at ending their losing streak with Garrett Crochet. Crochet has five wins on the season and allowed just three runs over his last five starts. The White Sox were in winnable positions in both of their last two series against the Cubs and Brewers, but could not close games. Look for the losing streak to end tonight.

06-06-24 Cubs +112 v. Reds 4-8 Loss -100 7 h 3 m Show

The Cincinnati Reds are slight home favorites against the Chicago Cubs based on their tremendous road series against Colorado. They scored twenty nine total runs in three games, but now will face their division rivals in the Chicago Cubs again. They just played a three game series over the past weekend, and Hunter Greene threw a season high 111 pitches. Grab the Cubs in this spot as Assad cools down the Reds hot bats.

06-06-24 Twins v. Yankees UNDER 8.5 5-8 Loss -110 7 h 57 m Show

Thursday, look for the under to come in on the Yankees and Twins series finale. The Yankees come in on a seven game win streak where as a team they have scored five or more runs in six straight games. Today’s starting pitchers in veterans Marcus Stroman and Pablo Lopez will pitch for the second time this season against each other. The first matchup resulted in a 4-0 game, as Pablo Lopez worked around ten hits to only give up three runs. Stroman took care of business with two total hits and no runs allowed. Take the under here.

06-06-24 Mariners -134 v. A's 3-0 Win 100 3 h 30 m Show

Oakland ended their eight game home losing streak to the Seattle Mariners last night. Yet, they still only scored two runs which has been the average Seattle has allowed over their last nine games. Seattle also threatened with runners in scoring position multiple times and only had four overall hits. Take the Mariners as they win their ninth game over their last eleven overall.

06-05-24 Mariners v. A's UNDER 8 1-2 Win 100 12 h 28 m Show

In the prior Oakland As and Seattle Mariners series in May, nine runs or more were scored in all three matchups. Today’s starter Logan Gilbert did not pitch in that series, and over his last four starts against the As has not given up more than two runs. That is exactly that amount of runs the Mariner’s pitching staff has averaged giving up over their last eight games. Additionally, As starter Joey Estes gave up just two hits and a run in five innings of work against the Mariners on May 11th.

06-05-24 Orioles v. Blue Jays -111 2-3 Win 100 7 h 13 m Show

The Toronto Blue Jays have no dipped to a division worst four games below .500. They have been outscored 17 to 3 through two games against the Baltimore Orioles. Today, should be an opportune spot against Albert Suarez of the Orioles. Do not be shocked if Toronto ends their twenty six game first inning scoreless streak. Look for Berrios to have another effective outing against Baltimore. Take Toronto.

06-05-24 Dodgers +101 v. Pirates 6-10 Loss -100 7 h 47 m Show

Tuesday, the LA Dodgers for the fourth time in Tyler Glasnow’s last five starts lost. As odd as that has been with James Paxton on the mound they have been the opposite winning six of his last seven outings. As dominant as Paul Skenes has been this is a much different lineup than facing Detroit, San Francisco, or the Cubs. Take the Dodgers to bounce back on the moneyline.

06-05-24 Mets -138 v. Nationals 9-1 Win 100 5 h 42 m Show

Wednesday, look for the Mets to complete a rare road sweep against the Washington Nationals. Big innings at the plate have sparked the Mets. They scored five runs combined in the fourth and fifth inning yesterday, and had six runs combined in the fourth and fifth inning on Monday. Look for a similar result today against Patrick Corbin, as the Mets get a much needed sweep.

06-04-24 Royals v. Guardians OVER 8 5-8 Win 100 18 h 53 m Show

A divisional game that features a strong pitching matchup is on the docket for Tuesday between the Kansas City Royals and Cleveland Guardians. Early on it would not be a shock to see a low scoring game through the first 3 to 4 innings. Yet, look for both teams to do some damage the second and third times through their lineups. Additionally, the Guardians may challenge Seth Lugo’s strong start to the season, as they are 20-7 at home this year. Take the over in a game that has a possibility for extra innings.

06-04-24 Rays -118 v. Marlins 9-5 Win 100 7 h 34 m Show

The Miami Marlins were shutout in both games over the weekend against the Texas Rangers. Tuesday, they will remain at home and host the Tampa Bay Rays. Starting pitcher Jesus Luzardo is coming off a strong month of May where he had an ERA of 1.75. Yet, just like over the weekend the Marlins have not backed him up with runs. They have scored just one total run over his last two starts. Take the Rays as the slight road favorite.

06-03-24 Reds -105 v. Rockies 13-3 Win 100 7 h 44 m Show

The Cincinnati Reds started the month of May with a three series road trip on the West Coast. That should help them today with their travels to take on the Colorado Rockies. Colorado has dipped at the plate with five runs over their last three games. Additionally, starting pitcher Ryan Feltner is coming off his bumpiest home start of the season against the Cleveland Guardians. Take the Reds on the price decline.

06-03-24 Tigers -105 v. Rangers 2-1 Win 100 6 h 9 m Show

Sunday, the Detroit Tigers pulled off an impressive come from behind extra inning victory over the Boston Red Sox. Today traveling to Texas they find themselves as slight favorites against the Texas Rangers. It’s the right position as Nathan Eovaldi is working himself back and threw just three innings in his return last Tuesday. Take Detroit to take game one over the Rangers.

06-02-24 Padres +113 v. Royals 3-4 Loss -100 2 h 46 m Show

I’m going right back to the San Diego Padres to complete the road sweep over the Kansas City Royals. Kansas City has dropped six of their last seven overall, and just are not executing in key situations. In Friday’s loss they allowed nine crucial runs in the eighth inning, and could not score with the bases loaded in the seventh. Look for the pressure situations to continue to go the Padres way. Take San Diego.

06-02-24 Diamondbacks -103 v. Mets 5-4 Win 100 1 h 17 m Show

The Arizona Diamondbacks are coming to life at the plate in their road series against the Mets. They have scored nineteen runs combined in Friday and Saturday’s matchups. Christian Walker has been a big spark for the Backs with home runs in consecutive games. Look for the Diamondbacks to continue to thrive at the plate against the Mets bullpen and starter Jose Quintana. Take the DBacks.

06-02-24 Rays +115 v. Orioles 4-3 Win 115 1 h 12 m Show

The Tampa Bay Rays desperately need a win Sunday as they continue to sink in the standings. Today they should fare much better in the pitching department with Zack Little on the mound. His strikeouts are up his last two starts, and he has shown consistency to pitch deep into games with a 3.47 ERA. Additionally, Cole Irvin is a regression candidate as he has a day game era of 1.14. Take the Rays.

06-01-24 White Sox v. Brewers -149 3-4 Win 100 2 h 28 m Show

Brewers starting pitcher Robert Gasser was incredible in his first four starts in the month of May. Milwaukee won all four, including Gasser’s last start of allowing just three hits against the Chicago Cubs. Another strong element for Gasser is that the Brewers have scored five or more runs in all of his starts. Take the Brewers.

06-01-24 Padres +111 v. Royals 7-3 Win 111 2 h 27 m Show

I’ll continue to fade the Kansas City Royals amidst their worst stretch this season. They have lost five of their last six games, including yesterday’s home opener to the Padres 11 to 8. With Joe Musgrave missing this start for Randy Vasquez the Padres may get down early. Still look for their bats to break through as they scored nine runs yesterday against the Royals bullpen. Take San Diego as the underdogs.

05-31-24 Padres -135 v. Royals 11-8 Win 100 3 h 6 m Show

Friday lies another team regression spot for the Kansas City Royals. Over their last five games they are just 1-4 overall. Look for the Padres to add to that even with the Royals impressive stout home record at 21-8.  Additionally, Michael Wacha has been hit hard each of his last three home starts. Take the Padres as the road favorite

05-31-24 Diamondbacks +108 v. Mets 9-10 Loss -100 7 h 38 m Show

Friday figures to be another close matchup between the Arizona Diamondbacks and New York Mets. Thursday’s opener the Mets scored the deciding run in the bottom of the eighth inning for a 3-2 victory. The one win does not take away from the Mets big decline as they have lost eight of their last ten. With lefty Jordan Montgomery on the mound Arizona has won four straight and six of his eight starts this season. Take the Dbacks.

05-28-24 Astros +120 v. Mariners 2-4 Loss -100 10 h 11 m Show

Monday, the Seattle Mariners used a big first inning against Framber Valdez to score three runs. That would be the last of their scoring as they went the final six innings without a hit. In five straight games the Astros have kept the opposition at three runs or less. Additionally, the second game back from a long road trip tends to be an issue for the home team. Look for the Astros capitalize tonight as the Mariners work their way back from a lengthy nine game East coast road trip.

05-28-24 Red Sox +152 v. Orioles 8-3 Win 152 7 h 6 m Show

As great as the Baltimore Orioles have been this season, today’s price point is a bit to high on their side. Even off of yesterday’s 11-3 win, look for the Red Sox to be much more competitive today. After all this is an Orioles team that was pushed their last series against the White Sox, and with Bello on the mound the Red Sox have won four of his last five starts. Take Boston.

05-27-24 Phillies v. Giants UNDER 8 4-8 Loss -114 3 h 14 m Show

The Philadelphia Phillies lost two of their three road matchups against the Colorado Rockies. If not for an insane six run ninth inning Saturday, they would be on a three game losing streak. With Blake Snell getting his second start since coming back from the injured list, expect progression for last year’s Cy Young winner. Additionally, the San Francisco Giants are traveling in from an east coast road trip. Take the under on total runs.

05-26-24 Royals v. Rays -115 1-4 Win 100 1 h 13 m Show

It’s been an ugly stretch for the Tampa Bay Rays who have lost six straight games. The downfall has been their pitching as they have conceded five runs or more in each game during the downturn. Furthermore, their opponent happens to be red hot as the Royals have won eight straight games. Today, look for the Rays to deliver with Michael Wacha coming off his most innings pitched over his last eight outings. Take Tampa to end their six game slide

05-25-24 Astros -144 v. A's 1-3 Loss -144 1 h 47 m Show

Astros starter Spencer Arrighetti is a given he is going to give up runs. On the season he has an ERA north of 7 which is worse on the road at 12.34. Yet, in three of his last four starts the Astros have scored eight runs or more. Arrighetti also noticed his first win of the season against the As on May 13th. Take the Astros to start their road series with consecutive wins over Oakland.

05-25-24 Blue Jays v. Tigers -109 1-2 Win 100 1 h 0 m Show

The Detroit Tigers finally ended their losing streak yesterday, and have a chance to end another today. Starting pitcher Reese Olson is winless on the season with an 0-5 record. He drew the money his last start but lasted just 2 2/3 innings against Kansas City. Look for a better outing today, and for the Tigers to win their second consecutive game.

05-24-24 Blue Jays v. Tigers +119 2-6 Win 119 6 h 53 m Show

Alec Manoah has answered critics with back to back solid outings. This includes giving up just one hit and no runs to the Tampa Bay Rays at home. With Manoah we know that success can be short lived, and Detroit is in dire need to end a five game losing streak. Take the Tigers and go against the price rise on Toronto.

05-23-24 Rockies v. A's -110 9-10 Win 100 2 h 46 m Show

I’ll also add the Oakland As who nearly pulled off a second straight comeback win over the Colorado Rockies last night. Zach Gelof drilled a two out pitch in the ninth to put in extras, but the Rockies prevailed in the 12th inning. Look for Oakland to do a better job on getting off to a quicker start today facing Ryan Feltner, and take the series over the Rockies.

05-23-24 Braves v. Cubs -109 3-0 Loss -109 1 h 10 m Show

The Braves ignited for a huge game at the plate yesterday with a 9-2 win. Most of their run production came against the Chicago Cubs bullpen with six runs in the seventh inning. Expect the Cubs to be better prepared with their bullpen arms today, as Ben Brown will likely not go more than four innings. Take the Cubs as the small home favorite.

05-22-24 Red Sox +129 v. Rays 8-5 Win 129 3 h 31 m Show

Wednesday, the Boston Red Sox will aim to complete a three-game road sweep over their division rivals in the Tampa Bay Rays. For the Rays their main issue has been at the plate where they have scored two runs or less in three straight games. That’s a tough area to adjust against a divisional opponent, and one that you’re facing for the seventh time in the last ten days. Take the Red Sox to complete the road sweep.

05-22-24 Rangers +115 v. Phillies 4-11 Loss -100 3 h 39 m Show

Wednesday Dane Dunning will make his return for the Texas Rangers after a stint on the IL. As is the case with most pitchers returning from the IL expect Dunning to be on a pitch count. At the plate Texas should be able to break out against Taijuan Walker who has been plagued with five home runs in his four starts. Take the Rangers.

05-21-24 Tigers +102 v. Royals 3-10 Loss -100 6 h 45 m Show

The Kansas City Royals had been undefeated on the season in Alec Marsh’s starts up until last week’s loss to the Seattle Mariners. To see that six game streak snapped is a concern heading into today’s start against the Tigers. Additionally, Detroit’s starter Casey Mize has the upper hand as he pitched against the Royals on April 27th. Take the Tigers as the slight road underdog.

05-21-24 Brewers -132 v. Marlins 7-5 Win 100 5 h 44 m Show

In last week’s road start against the Detroit Tigers, Marlin’s starter Trevor Rogers finally picked up his first win of the season. A solid outing has not been the issue in a handful of Rogers starts, but rather the Marlin’s lack of run support. Expect that to be the main issue today as Brewer’s rookie pitcher Robert Gasser has allowed just two runs in his two combined starts. Take the Brewers.

05-20-24 Tigers -101 v. Royals 3-8 Loss -101 6 h 48 m Show

Detroit Tiger’s starting pitcher Reese Olson has not had good fortune when on the mound. Over his last four starts he has given up just two total runs, but does not have a win to show for it. The first game of that stretch was to this Royals team where the bullpen gave up eight runs. Look for Olson to finally get his first win of the season, as the Tigers take down the Royals.

05-20-24 Mets +116 v. Guardians 1-3 Loss -100 4 h 18 m Show

Monday is an opportune spot to back the road team in the New York Mets against the Cleveland Guardians. Cleveland is coming off a three game home series sweep over the Minnesota Twins, boosting their home record to 15-6. Look for the Mets to test Ben Lively early, as they have scored seventeen runs over their last two games. Take the Mets as the slight road underdog.

05-19-24 Tigers v. Diamondbacks -135 4-6 Win 100 3 h 12 m Show

The Arizona Diamondbacks may be the top value play on Sunday’s diamond card. In their first two series games against the Detroit Tigers they have been torn apart 13-0, and yesterday 8-3. Look for Jordan Montgomery to take advantage of a Detroit Tigers team not use to early start times on the West Coast. Take the Diamondbacks on the moneyline.

05-18-24 Mariners +108 v. Orioles 4-3 Win 108 7 h 41 m Show

Seattle and starting pitcher Luis Castillo will try and cool off the Baltimore Orioles bats. In yesterday’s series opener the Orioles scored nine runs, and won easily 9-2. Look for Castillo to fare better as he allowed just two hits to the Orioles in last year’s start. Grab the Mariners to cash as the slight road underdogs.

05-18-24 Mets v. Marlins +110 9-10 Win 110 4 h 30 m Show

Luis Severino of the New York Mets has had quite a turn around to the start of the 2024 season, but today is a spot to fade. Over his last two starts on the road he has had innings of allowing three runs to the San Francisco Giants and Tampa Bay Rays. In a divisional game look for that to be a factor for the Marlins. Take the Marlins as the slight home underdog.

05-18-24 Rays v. Blue Jays -136 5-4 Loss -136 2 h 27 m Show

The Toronto Blue Jays showed how much potential they have after blowing up a perfect game from the Rays late yesterday. They rallied from a 4-0 deficit to score three runs. Look for that momentum to carry over at the plate, and for Kevin Gausman to finally settle in on the young season. Take the Blue Jays at home.

05-17-24 Brewers v. Astros +102 4-5 Win 102 4 h 1 m Show

Today is a rare spot to back the Houston Astros on a favorable home price. On paper today’s pitching matchup is a big upper hand for the Milwaukee Brewers. Yet, Freddy Peralta has been more vulnerable over his last four starts, and is facing a red hot Astros team. Take Houston to overcome any early inning issues from pitcher Hunter Brown and win their sixth straight game.

05-17-24 Twins +106 v. Guardians 2-3 Loss -100 3 h 1 m Show

The Minnesota Twins head into their next series against the Guardians without the benefit of a day off. Still, this should be a motivated team to break out of a poor three game losing streak. At the plate the Twins were held scoreless in consecutive games, and scored just a total of one run. That may be a factor today but Guardians starter Tristan McKenzie has received  an average of just 1.6 runs over his last three starts. Back the Twins.

05-17-24 Pirates -109 v. Cubs 9-3 Win 100 3 h 39 m Show

The Pittsburgh Pirates took game one of their road series against the Cubs yesterday 5-4. Today, they will get to see Kyle Hendricks for the second time in five days. Although Hendricks only gave up two hits and one run, he did have four walks. Also, his troubles at home where he boasts an ERA over ten are a big concern. The Pirates had several warning track fly balls yesterday, and should get a big inning off of Hendricks. Take the Pirates.

05-16-24 Pirates +110 v. Cubs 5-4 Win 110 8 h 4 m Show

Since returning from the IL Justin Steele has had two starts, including his last outing against the Pittsburgh Pirates. The Pirates got after him for six runs on three total home runs and pulled off the 10 to 9 victory. After Steele’s near Cy Young season last year, it appears it’s going to take him a handful of starts to get back to himself. Take the Pirates with the familiarity off of last week’s win.

05-14-24 Rays +103 v. Red Sox 4-5 Loss -100 7 h 37 m Show

The Tampa Bay Rays are a team that may be .500, but have signs of turning the corner. They are 6-3 over their last nine games, including taking yesterday’s game one 5-3 in Boston. Additionally, Nick Pivetta was hit hard in his first start in over a month last Wednesday, surrendering three home runs to the Braves. Take the Rays to win two in a row against the Red Sox.

05-13-24 Reds v. Diamondbacks UNDER 8.5 5-6 Loss -110 7 h 56 m Show

Monday, look for the Reds to be a bit flat at the plate after an extra inning game yesterday against the San Francisco Giants. They’ll face lefty Jordan Montgomery who just limited the Reds to two runs over seven innings his last start, in a 4-3 Diamondbacks win. Look for a similar result today that will come under the total by a run or two. Take the under.

05-12-24 Reds +116 v. Giants 5-6 Loss -100 3 h 13 m Show

I’m going right back to the Cincinnati Reds today as an underdog. Losses in nine of their last ten games, yesterday’s game spiraled after a first inning grand slam allowed by Lodolo. This price is a bit heavier than it should be today based on the Reds streak, and the fact that the Giants have won five straight starts by starter Kyle Harrison. Take the value play here on the Reds.

05-11-24 Reds -137 v. Giants 1-5 Loss -137 3 h 35 m Show

The Cincinnati Reds took game one over the San Francisco Giants as underdogs. Now the pendulum has swung in the market as big road favorites over the Giants. San Francisco’s starting pitcher in Mason Black struggled in his first start against the Phillies, surrendering five runs with three walks. Expect the Reds to build their first winning streak in five series. Take the Reds over the Giants

05-10-24 Cardinals +106 v. Brewers 2-11 Loss -100 8 h 51 m Show

On the season the St. Louis Cardinals are 0-4 against the Milwaukee Brewers. This includes losing yesterday as road favorites with Sonny Gray on the mound. Tonight, look for the Cardinals to finally break through as they will see a rookie pitcher for the Brewers in Robert Gasser. Take St. Louis to end their five game losing streak.

05-08-24 White Sox v. Rays -1.5 4-1 Loss -120 1 h 11 m Show

We always refrain from laying heavy juice in baseball. So I’ll recommend the run line today between the Rays and White Sox. Tampa Bay is attempting to return the favor after the White Sox swept them in late April. Through both Monday and Tuesday’s home games the Rays have won on the run line, and get to see Chris Flexen for the second time in less than two weeks. Lay it with the Rays on the RL

05-08-24 Padres v. Cubs OVER 7.5 3-0 Loss -100 1 h 45 m Show

A very low total is offered today between the Cubs and Padres. Both pitchers have exceptional ERA’s in Dylan Cease whose road ERA is 1.75. For the Cubs Hayden Wesneski is coming off a six inning gem against the Brewers without allowing a run.  When Wesneski entered this territory of innings pitched last year, he struggled to perform. Take the over on runs here.

05-07-24 Astros v. Yankees -115 3-10 Win 100 5 h 54 m Show

At 12-22 the Houston Astros continue to be in an early season hole. Veteran pitcher Justin Verlander may have another quality start today, but the Astros just are not  trustworthy. In the first series of the season their bullpen could not hold on a nightly basis against the Yankees. Look for that to be the issue again as the Yankees go 5-0 to begin the year against the Astros.

05-07-24 Tigers v. Guardians -128 11-7 Loss -128 4 h 59 m Show

Tuesday, the Guardians will aim to take game two over the Detroit Tigers after yesterday 2-1 victory. On the mound, Logan Allen will see a divisional opponent for just the second time this season. Look for Allen to minimize the Tigers lineup from a big inning of scoring, and for the Guardians to secure their fourth straight win. Take the Guardians.

05-05-24 Braves -144 v. Dodgers 1-5 Loss -144 3 h 13 m Show

The price continues to rapidly rise on the Atlanta Braves today against the Dodgers. I do not expect Max Fried to continue to be flawless as he has his last two starts against the Marlins and Mariners. Atlanta’s success more so today will come against Dodgers pitcher James Paxton who is struggling with walks. Sixteen total walks over his last three starts, and surrendered four runs in his last outing to the Dbacks. Take the Braves

05-05-24 Brewers v. Cubs +126 0-5 Win 126 1 h 24 m Show

The Chicago Cubs nearly blew a 5-0 lead yesterday, but their bullpen was able to hold for a close 6-5 win. A positive to yesterday is that both Patrick Wisdom and Nico Hoerner hit their first home runs of the season. The market has over priced this on the Brewers side with the fact that Milwaukee has won all six of Freddy Peralta’s start this season, and have an MLB best 13-5 road record. Grab the home underdog value on the Cubs

05-04-24 Angels v. Guardians UNDER 8.5 1-7 Win 100 5 h 57 m Show

In yesterday’s 6-0 victory, the LA Angels saw several pitches that Tanner Bibee could not locate. Today, should be a different story as the Angels lineup has holes due to multiple key injuries. Additionally, Cleveland after having a strong month of April, is struggling in a new month. They have scored just two runs over their last eighteen innings, and lost four of five. Take the under.

05-04-24 Marlins v. A's -132 4-20 Win 100 4 h 58 m Show

The Oakland As find themselves in a rare spot as a sizable favorite Saturday. They’ve won five straight and seven of their last eight. The streak has put them just one game back of being .500. Look for the wins to continue as they see the right opponent in the Miami Marlins. Starting pitcher Trevor Rogers has last every start this season, and each of his last five starts has received an average of just one run of support.

05-01-24 Pirates +100 v. A's 0-4 Loss -100 2 h 5 m Show

Oakland has impressed with a 14-17 overall record, and wins in five of their last six games. Today, on the mound for the Oakland A’s is Ross Stripling who is winless on the season with an 0-5 record. Expect his misfortune to continue as the Pittsburgh Pirates are overdue to break out of a prolonged team slump at the plate. Grab the Pirates to end the As three game winning streak.

04-29-24 Dodgers v. Diamondbacks +115 8-4 Loss -100 7 h 11 m Show

Arizona and the LA Dodgers will meet for the first time since the Diamondbacks swept them in the postseason last year. It’s so tough to back the Diamondbacks with their untrustworthy bullpen, but they should have success at the plate to provide a cushion. They lead the MLB in batting average against left handed pitching, hitting over .300. Additionally, James Paxton has walked eleven batters over his last two starts. Take the Dbacks as the home underdog.

04-29-24 Yankees v. Orioles -123 0-2 Win 100 2 h 31 m Show

Late add for me on the Baltimore Orioles, who continue to be priced down as the day extends. This may have a lot to do with their bullpen issues, and the fact they lost their past home series to the Oakland As. Yet, Grayson Rodriguez is one of the top run support pitchers in MLB, as the Orioles are averaging over 8 runs in his starts. Back the Orioles.

04-27-24 Cubs -111 v. Red Sox 0-17 Loss -111 3 h 32 m Show

The Chicago Cubs have won four straight games, including yesterday’s series opener against the Boston Red Sox. Today, pitcher Ben Brown will be on the mound, and thus far the Cubs have won each outing in the month of April. Five straight victories in his appearances. Lets take the Cubs to continue their hot streak and push it to five on the road against the Red Sox.

04-26-24 Twins v. Angels -109 5-3 Loss -109 8 h 40 m Show

The LA Angels find themselves as slight home favorite tonight against the Minnesota Twins. The pitching matchup features a struggling Patrick Sandoval versus Bailey Ober who has been sharp his last three outings. For the Twins the travel factor from yesterday’s series is something to be leery of here. Additionally, Miguel Sano will get a chance for revenge on his former team of eight years.

04-24-24 Astros +105 v. Cubs 3-4 Loss -100 3 h 10 m Show

The Houston Astros did not come through for me yesterday, but I’ll go right back to them today. Jameson Taillon is making just his second start of the season, and was limited to just 73 pitches. Expect a similar window of a pitch count today, as the Astros get to see an extra inning or two from the Cubs bullpen. They’ll take advantage and get their eighth win of the season.

04-24-24 Tigers -102 v. Rays 5-7 Loss -102 2 h 20 m Show

The Detroit Tigers have been stronger on the road then they have been at home. In fact they boast a 10-3 road record on the young season. This bodes to their favor today as the Tampa Bay Rays are using an opener today on the mound. Additionally, Tigers ace Jack Flaherty is coming off a season high ten strikeouts. Tail the Tigers

04-24-24 Brewers -117 v. Pirates 3-2 Win 100 2 h 10 m Show

The Brew crew will be apart of a bullpen game today as the Pirates will use a reliever to open as well. Milwaukee is aiming to end a two game slide, but still boasts an NL best ten wins on the road. Look for the Brewers to break out of a stretch where they have scored two runs or less in five of their last six games. Take the Brewers.

04-23-24 Diamondbacks +123 v. Cardinals 14-1 Win 123 6 h 52 m Show

The Arizona Diamondbacks squandered another possible win yesterday as their bullpen could not hold a 3-0 lead. Today, the Diamondbacks do have the upper hand as they saw Steven Matz in their home series earlier this month. Matz gave up a season high eight hits in the outing. Tail the Dbacks to answer and even the road series.

04-23-24 Astros -109 v. Cubs 2-7 Loss -109 6 h 47 m Show

The Houston Astros need a get right series to dig out of 7-16 start to their year. On the road today against the Cubs presents an opportunity to chip away in the wins department. Cubs starter Jordan Wicks deepest outing has been 4 2/3 innings. That will put pressure on the Cubs bullpen. Additionally, JP France is coming off allowing just four hits his last start. Tail the Astros to finally start a series off properly.

04-22-24 Orioles -102 v. Angels 4-2 Win 100 5 h 42 m Show

It’s a tricky spot tonight as the Baltimore Orioles begin another series in Southern California against the LA Angels. On the mound will be Albert Suarez making his second start for Baltimore. He lacks big league experience but is a veteran at the age of 34. Additionally, Baltimore’s potent bats figure to give Reid Detmers issues as the Orioles are coming off a hot hitting series against the Royals. Take Baltimore on a fair money line price.

04-22-24 Blue Jays -108 v. Royals 5-3 Win 100 7 h 18 m Show

The Kansas City Royals after winning nine straight home games have suddenly dropped two straight. In yesterday’s loss they were shutout for the first time this season. Starting pitcher Brady Singer has averaged just 84 pitches over his last three starts. Tail Toronto who have won six of eight games overall.

04-21-24 Mariners -1.5 v. Rockies 1-2 Loss -120 2 h 3 m Show

Today presents another fade spot for the woeful Colorado Rockies who are just 4-16 on the year. George Kirby settled in his last start against the Cincinnati Reds after a couple of poor outings. I expect another sharp performance for him, with the Rockies poor lineup. Their starter today in Cal Quantrill will remain winless. Tail the Mariners on the run line.

04-21-24 A's +152 v. Guardians 2-6 Loss -100 1 h 48 m Show

For the second time this season both the Guardians and Athletics will see today’s starters in Ross Stripling and Tanner Bibee. Stripling is winless in his first four starts, but may get early run support today. Bibee had command issues with five walks against the As his first start. Additionally, the Guardians have had to win in extra innings each of his last two starts. Grab the value here on the As.

04-20-24 Orioles -112 v. Royals 9-7 Win 100 6 h 0 m Show

After yesterday’s 9-4 victory over the Baltimore Orioles, the Kansas City Royals have now won nine straight home games. For the Orioles they drew zero runs yesterday against Royal’s starter Alec Marsh. Now they’ll face Cole Ragans who allowed just one hit and no runs against the Orioles on April 3rd. Yet, the Orioles did win that game, as they have done in all four of Corbin Burnes outings. Take the Orioles to end the Royals home streak.

04-19-24 Blue Jays -105 v. Padres 5-1 Win 100 9 h 55 m Show

The Toronto Blue Jays just had their winning streak snapped at four games in their last outing against the Yankees. Look for the Blue Jays to get back on track Friday against a Padres team that was shutout Tuesday against the Brewers. It was the Padres first shutout loss of the season, and now they will face a rookie pitcher in Yariel Rodriguez more comfortable in his second start. Take the Blue Jays as the road favorites.

04-19-24 Brewers v. Cardinals +103 2-1 Loss -100 7 h 30 m Show

The Milwaukee Brewers take their strong 7-2 road record to St. Louis. Starting pitcher Freddy Peralta in two road starts has allowed just two runs and had a combined nineteen strikeouts. Yet, his worst road start of 2023 was against St. Louis where he gave up six runs. His other road start against the Cardinals a gem outing was spoiled with a 1-0 loss. Grab St. Louis

04-19-24 A's v. Guardians -161 2-10 Win 100 6 h 25 m Show

Cleveland has the tough task of not having an off day as they head into their new series against the Oakland As. Look for their hot bats to aide any poor innings from starting pitcher Tristan McKenzie. The Guardians lineup is just two runs behind the Baltimore Orioles for most runs in the American League. This is also a heavy regression spot for As starter Joe Boyle. Take the Guardians on the money line.

04-18-24 Diamondbacks +131 v. Giants 0-5 Loss -100 9 h 50 m Show

The Arizona Diamondbacks are coming off a tough competitive seres against the Chicago Cubs. Their bullpen could not keep it together in yesterday’s series finale, and may be an issue today. Yet, one of Logan Webb’s issues early this season has been pitching in the division. He gave up ten hits the second time seeing the Padres, and was lit up by the Dodgers in his second start. Take the Diamondbacks to get the road win today.

04-17-24 Angels +108 v. Rays 5-4 Win 108 5 h 14 m Show

The LA Angels have excelled against the Rays at the plate. Through two games they have scored six runs or more. Today’s starter in Reid Detmers is also 3-0 on the year, and has the upper hand in not seeing the Rays in their prior home series. That is not the case with Rays starter Littel. Take the Angels to get the road win today over the Rays.

04-17-24 Cubs +118 v. Diamondbacks 5-3 Win 118 2 h 3 m Show

The Arizona Diamondbacks and Chicago Cubs have had an exciting series that has featured two extra inning games so far. For the Cubs today’s game marks the conclusion of a three series nine game road trip. Prior to yesterday their bats had been quiet, where they had scored an average of under three runs their prior five games. After yesterday’s breakout look for the bats to continue to excel in a hitter friendly ballpark. Take the Cubs.

04-16-24 Cardinals -136 v. A's 3-2 Win 100 4 h 6 m Show

The Oakland As have strung together wins to get to 7 and 10 on the year. I expect that to be short lived, and for the Cardinals bats to have success tonight. JP Sears is coming off a one hit performance in which he was fantastic against Texas. Replicating a strong start that had potential for a no hitter is one of the toughest spots for a pitcher. Back the Cardinals.

04-15-24 Cubs +135 v. Diamondbacks 3-2 Win 135 7 h 24 m Show

When Chicago travels to Arizona it is one of the Diamondbacks highest attended series. The representation of Chicago transplants in the valley of the sun almost makes this a home game for the Cubs. Look for the Cubs to feed off that energy, as Chicago’s timely hits gets them their third straight victory.

04-15-24 Padres +102 v. Brewers 7-3 Win 102 5 h 24 m Show

An angle that has been profitable is to play against a team that played Sunday night, and is traveling for Monday’s new series. Here I’ll bypass that angle as the Padres have not stepped foot out of the state of California in their past five series. They have hosted three home series and went on the road against the Giants and Dodgers. Milwaukee has been feast or famine as well, as their last five wins they have scored seven runs or more. Look for Musgrove to settle in today and the Padres to get the win.

04-14-24 Cardinals v. Diamondbacks -135 0-5 Win 100 1 h 9 m Show

A constant for the Arizona Diamondbacks has been the ability to lean on Zac Gallen in home starts. Already on the season he has two of the seven total Diamondbacks wins, with both wins at home. Look for Gallen to remain sharp against the team that originally drafted him in St. Louis. Tail the Backs on the moneyline.

04-13-24 Twins +123 v. Tigers 4-1 Win 123 4 h 8 m Show

Similar to his first start of the season Matt Manning will be apart of a double header for the Detroit Tigers. In his first start he did not allow a hit but was pulled after 5 2/3 innings. Look for Manning’s second start to be a bit more problematic as his walks create run opportunities for the Twins.

04-12-24 Reds -164 v. White Sox 11-1 Win 100 3 h 22 m Show

After an off day I fully expect the White Sox bats to get back to their normal levels. Prior to their last two games, they had scored over three runs just once in their first nine games. Additionally, Chris Flexen in his first two starts has received zero runs, as the White Sox have been outscored 12-0.

04-11-24 Astros -121 v. Royals 3-13 Loss -121 1 h 11 m Show

The Kansas City Royals have now won six consecutive games. Their two wins against the Astros featured an extra inning victory, and taken advantage of a rookie making his first start in Spencer Arrighetti. Today, look for the Astros to get back on track with early runs off of Brady Singer. Take the road team Astros here.

04-10-24 Orioles +100 v. Red Sox 7-5 Win 100 1 h 12 m Show

A late add on the Baltimore Orioles against divisional opponent in the Boston Red Sox. The Orioles won 101 games last year by having the best record in the division, nearly 1/3 of their wins. Kutter Crawford in limited experience against the Baltimore Orioles has been hit well by a handful of Orioles. Take Baltimore to prevent Boston from winning at home for a second straight game.

04-10-24 Diamondbacks v. Rockies +106 5-3 Loss -100 3 h 49 m Show

Four of the five Diamondbacks wins this season have come against the Colorado Rockies. Today expect runs on both sides as Austin Gomber has not made it beyond five innings in either of his two starts. On the other side Tommy Henry gave up five runs to the Rockies on March 30th. Look for the Rockies to get a couple of big innings today and win their first series of the season.

04-09-24 Rays -111 v. Angels 6-4 Win 100 1 h 60 m Show

The Tampa Bay Rays Aaron Civale has started the season strong with two quality starts. Today he will have to deal with an Angels team that gave him his worst outing of last season in late September. In just three innings of work Civale gave up a season high six runs. That’s devalued him in this spot, and even if he struggles look for the Rays to back him up with Patrick Sandoval’s early season struggles. Play the Rays.

04-07-24 Mariners +124 v. Brewers 4-12 Loss -100 2 h 38 m Show

Seattle got over the hump yesterday with a close call from their bullpen. In the bottom of the eighth they surrendered three runs, but it could of been much more. The Mariners then tacked on an insurance home run to get the victory. Seattle’s top four batters had six hits, and I expect Seattle to carry over the momentum of that win and get back to .500.
